Kelli Cremeans is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Kentucky in 2009. She has worked as a Primary Care Provider in a rural health setting, as a Stroke Navigator with the Neuroscience team at Baptist Health, as a specialist in endocarditis with Infectious Disease at the University of Kentucky Hospital, and now operates Bluegrass Telehealth full time to better serve your needs. As a telehealth provider Kelli specializes in medical weight loss as well as non emergency sick visits.  Kelli is an Eastern Kentucky Native and has resided in Lexington, Kentucky for over twenty years. She is married and has two children, a daughter and a son. Kelli looks forward to helping you with your healthcare needs.
